Open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are (a) at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, and (b) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) or Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec. Void in Quebec and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, Platinum Trading, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family or household members of each are not eligible.

The Promotion begins on July 13, 2026, 12:00 AM PT and ends on October 1, 2026, 11:59 PM PT (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.

There are two (2) ways to enter. Both methods receive one (1) entry and have identical odds of winning. Limit: one (1) entry per person per day, per method, regardless of method used.

Method 1 — Purchase Entry. Purchase a Premium Membership through the tracked XGTRADEZ affiliate link during the Promotion Period, then submit the entry form on this website with your Discord username and proof of purchase. One purchase entry per person per calendar day.

One (1) Grand Prize: Private 1-on-1 mentorship with Nitro Trades, including direct sessions, live trade breakdowns, DM access, and a personalized strategy and risk plan.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,000 USD / $2,800 CAD. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about October 1, 2026, or the date on which the 100th Premium Membership entry is received — whichever occurs first. The Promotion Period ends automatically on the earlier of (a) the target draw date above, or (b) the date on which the 100th eligible Premium Membership entry is received; the drawing will be held promptly thereafter. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding.

The potential winner will be notified via the Discord username and/or email address provided at entry within a reasonable time after the drawing. The potential winner must respond and claim the prize within 7 days of first notification attempt. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries.

Before being declared a winner and receiving the prize, any selected entrant who is a Canadian resident must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (mechanical, electronic, or otherwise), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question within the time allotted will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Whop, Discord, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram), or X Corp. (X / Twitter). All product and company names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor and its designees to use winner's name, likeness, Discord username, city/province or city/state of residence, and prize information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Platinum Trading, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or corrupted entries, or for technical, hardware, software, or network failures.

Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Any content provided in connection with the prize or via Premium is for educational purposes only and is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Results shown or referenced are not typical and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Personal information collected from entrants (name, email, Discord username, and proof-of-purchase details, where applicable) will be used solely to administer the Promotion — including verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the prize — and, where permitted and disclosed, to communicate about future promotions. Information will not be sold to third parties. Entrants may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting xgtradez@gmail.com.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
